The dust had just settled on the walk off win for the Royals, but they had still not knowingly lost. Due to a league rule, the Orioles were awarded a win in this contest. The game was an entertaining one to watch from first pitch to the post game (Thanks Ray). The game would have ended in walk off fashion with a 10-9 win for the Royals, who were lead on offense by Eric Picard (2/4 5 RBI HR), Nate Berube (3/4) and Justin Dodge (3/4). The Orioles were uplifted by performances from Turcotte (4/4), Michaud (2/3) and Letourneau (3/4). The Orioles will face the Astros next week and the Royals take on the Mariners.
